UK Mainland Delivery Service

  • Free standard UK mainland delivery on all orders over £40.
  • Low cost £2.95 standard delivery on all orders under £40.

Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same day. We will deliver all UK orders within 3 to 5 working days.

We normally ship our products with Royal Mail or MyHermes but we may use alternative suppliers to provide you the best service available.

International Delivery Service

We ship our products to loyal customers all over the world using the Royal Mail delivery service. In most cases shipping costs are automatically worked out at the cart for you. Occasionally the automatic processing gets it wrong and we may contact you to provide the correct fee. We always work to provide you with the best value service available and all international orders are shipped tracked.

Returns

It's very rare, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of your purchase. We regret that sale items cannot be returned.

If you wish to return an item please contact us. If your item is faulty then we will send you a pre-paid label for your return, otherwise you will need to cover the cost of return.

You must return the item unused, in its original condition with all tags attached, and in its original packaging to:

Once we've received your item and inspected it we will give you a full refund of your purchase price. If your item was returned as faulty but we find it intact, we will deduct the cost of of the return label and refund you the difference. 

Any item not in its original condition, which is damaged or has missing parts or tags for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase will not be refunded.

If your refund is approved, a refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges

If for any reason you decide you'd like to exchange your purchase for other Hazelbou items, you can return it to us within 30 days of your purchase. We regret that sale items cannot be exchanged.

If you wish to exchange an item please contact us. If your item is faulty then we will send you a pre-paid label for your return, otherwise you will need to cover the cost of return.

Once we've received your item and inspected it we will send you a bill for repeat post and packaging (£2.95 for UK mainland orders) plus any remaining balance that needs to be paid. Once your bill has been paid we'll ship your new items out to you as before.
